If your site meets the requirements for Horse Ring, simply follow the steps below:

1.Right-click on the Horse Ring image at the top right of this page and save it to your computer. Upload the graphic to your "images" folder on your server. If you do not have an images folder, you must change the code in the HTML fragment we will provide you to reflect the location of this image. Please do not link to the image on our server.  

2.Register your site on Horse Ring. 

The page you register MUST be the page that will actually contain the Horse Ring code and graphic. Registering will put your site in the 'Queue', where it will remain until you are added to the ring. Registering does not activate your site in the ring; the actual activation takes place after your page has been reviewed.

3.After registration, you will be e-mailed the HTML fragment. Cut the code from the email message and paste it into your registered page where you believe it will work best. Keep in mind that the effectiveness of the ring will be diminished if it is difficult to locate the ring navigation on the page.

4.When the navigation and graphics are displaying correctly on your page, email the Ring Manager and ask to be added to the ring. 

If your site meets our criteria, you will be added to the ring. You will then receive a confirming email and will be able to navigate through the entire ring from your site. 

Note: A site may remain in the queue for 7 days. After that time, it will be removed and you will have to reapply. If you do not send an email within 7 days, we will surmise that you will apply at another time.
